摘  要:AI4S是人工智能逐步走向深化和细化的产物,本质上是一种人工智能驱动的科学研究新范式。AI4S嵌入我国高校基础研究既是积极响应高水平科技自立自强国家战略的安排,又是有效推进高校基础研究高质量发展的实践探索。它能从根本上推动我国高校基础研究传统范式的转型,并不断拓展高校基础研究的新领域。然而,由于智能技术发展的内在局限,AI4S在高校基础研究中并非万能,也必然会遇到技术和伦理等多重边界。因此,为推进AI4S更好融入高校基础研究,需要加大AI4S的基础设施建设,打破数据壁垒,提高算力和优化算法模型;同时,还需要明确AI4S辅助创新的定位,在价值判断问题上强化人工的强势介入。Al for Science is a product of artificial intelligence gradually deepening and refining,and it is essentially a new paradigm of scientific research driven by artificial intelligence.Embedding AI for Science into basic research in Chinese universities is not only a positive response to the national strategy of achieving self-reliance and self-strengthening in high-level science and technology,but also an effective practice to promote the high-quality development of basic research in universities.It can fundamentally promote the transformation of the traditional paradigm of basic research in Chinese universities and continuously expand new fields of basic research.However,due to the inherent limitations of intelligent technology,Al for Science is not a panacea in basic research in universities and will inevitably encounter both technological and ethical boundaries.Therefore,to better integrate Al for Science into basic research in universities,it is necessary to increase the infrastructure construction of Al for Science,break down data barriers,improve computing power,optimize algorithm models,and clarify the positioning of AI for Science in supporting innovation.Additionally,in terms of value judgment,it is important to strengthen human intervention.
