摘 要:膀胱癌是常见的泌尿系恶性肿瘤,首诊时许多患者已处于晚期,大多预后较差。脂质代谢可以为生物体活动提供原料及能量,并在某些信息转导通路中充当递质。在代谢过程中会产生大量的代谢产物,且有相当一部分代谢物会直接进入尿液,因此明确尿液中的某些代谢产物水平变化有助于揭示膀胱癌的发生发展过程。尿液代谢组学是一种新兴的检测手段,可通过检测尿液中代谢产物水平的细微变化推测肿瘤可能的生物学行为改变。未来基于尿液代谢组学筛选膀胱癌脂质代谢标志物,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。Bladder cancer is a common malignant tumor of urinary system.Many patients are in advanced stage when first diagnosed,and most of them have poor prognosis.Lipid metabolism can provide raw materials and energy for biological activities,and act as a transmitter in certain information transduction pathways.In the process of metabolism,a large number of metabolites will be produced,and a considerable part of the metabolites will enter the urine directly.Therefore,it is helpful to clarify the level changes of some metabolites in the urine for revealing the occurrence and development process of bladder cancer.Urinary metabolomics is an emerging detection method that can infer potential biological behavioral changes in tumors by detecting subtle changes in the levels of metabolites in urine.In the future,screening lipid metabolism markers of bladder cancer based on urine metabolomics can provide new treatment for related diseases.
