摘 要:调节性细胞死亡(RCD)是一种由基因控制的细胞自主有序的死亡过程,在人体的正常生长发育以及不同疾病(如神经退行性疾病、缺血性损伤、自身免疫性疾病)过程中普遍存在,并与多种肿瘤的进展有关。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在结直肠癌(CRC)等肿瘤中起着复杂的作用,是介导CRC发生发展的重要调节因子之一。lncRNA可在转录前、转录中以及转录后等水平上影响基因的表达,不仅与CRC细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭有关,还调控CRC细胞的RCD过程。因此,探讨lncRNA在CRC细胞不同类型RCD中的作用,对开发新的CRC诊断及预后标志物和治疗手段具有重要意义。Regulatory cell death is an autonomous and orderly cell death process controlled by genes.It is common in the normal growth and development of human body and different diseases(such as neurodegenerative diseases,ischemic injury,autoimmune diseases),and is related to the progression of various tumors.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)plays a complex role in tumors,including colorectal cancer(CRC),and is one of the important regulators mediating the occurrence and development of CRC.LncRNA can affect gene expression at pre-transcriptional,transcriptional,and post-transcriptional levels,which is not only related to the proliferation,migration,and invasion of CRC cells,but also regulates the RCD process of CRC cells.Therefore,exploring the roles of lncRNA in different types of RCD in CRC cells is of great significance for the development of new diagnostic and prognostic markers and treatment methods for CRC.
