香芍颗粒对改善宫颈癌放疗患者更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨香芍颗粒改善宫颈癌患者放射治疗中更年期综合征的疗效。方法收集经病理确诊为宫颈癌的患者80例;随机分为实验组40例,对照组40例。实验组放化疗同时口服香芍颗粒(3袋/次,3次/天),对照组仅行同步放化疗。比较2组宫颈癌患者放射治疗过程中更年期综合征各项症状改善的情况。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的更年期各项症状明显减轻(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组恶心呕吐明显减轻(P<0.05);但2组在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级放射性肠道反应腹痛腹泻及骨髓抑制方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论香芍颗粒能明显改善宫颈癌患者放疗中出现的更年期综合征症状,明显降低恶心呕吐发生率,疗效明确,安全性好,可作为放疗中出现更年期综合征的宫颈癌患者的用药选择。Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiangshao granules in improving menopausal syndrome in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods 80 patients with cervical cancer confirmed by pathology were collected;Randomly divided into the experimental group of 40 cases and the control group of 40 cases.The experimental group received oral administration of Xiangshao granules(1 bag/time,3 times/day)during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,while the control group only received synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The effect of Xiangshao granules on the improvement of various symptoms of menopausal syndrome in cervical cancer patients during radiotherapy was observed.Results Compared with the control group,the menopausal symptoms of the experimental group patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05);Cervical cancer patients experienced gradeⅠandⅡacute radiation gastrointestinal reactions during radiotherapy:nausea and vomiting were significantly reduced(P<0.05);The experimental group showed no significant difference in levelsⅠandⅡradiation induced intestinal reactions,abdominal pain,diarrhea,and bone marrow suppression,(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangshao Granules can significantly improve the symptoms of menopausal syndrome in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy,significantly reduce the incidence of acute radiation induced gastrointestinal reactions of gradeⅠandⅡduring radiotherapy.Its efficacy is clear,safety is good,and can be used as a medication choice for this group of cervical cancer patients.
