急性脑卒中并发脑微出血的危险因素及其分级程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究脑微出血(CMBs)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、总胆固醇(TC)、抑胱素C(Cys-C)水平与CMBs的相关关系。方法连续纳入2020年7月至2022年7月就诊于该院的CMBs患者129例(男78例,女51例),健康人群108例(男57例,女51例),采集人口学资料及病史。对两组人群进行性别、年龄、吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、hs-CRP、LDL-C、HCY、TC、Cyst水平的检查,比较两组间hs-CRP、LDL-C、HCY、TC、Cys-C的差异,并统计CMBs的分级与CMBs组各检验指标的相关关系。结果CMBs组hs-CRP(0.92±1.30)mg/d L、Hcy(21.45±13.49)μmol/L水平高于非CMBs组(0.21±0.14)mg/dL、(11.3±4.3、27)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.558,5.501,P<0.05);而LDL-C(1.69±0.59)mg/dL,TC(3.26±0.77)mg/dL低于非CMBs组(2.47±0.68、4.57±1.29)mg/dL,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.213,4.763,P<0.05);CMBs组Cys-C(1.15±0.42)mg/L与非CMBs组Cys-C(0.98±0.09)mg/L比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.227,P>0.05);而CMBs患者中,LDL-C、TC水平与CMBs数量具有负相关性(P<0.05)。结论CMBs患者的hs-CRP,HCY,凝血异常水平均高于健康人群。TC、LDL-C水平与CMBs数量具有负相关性。Objective To study the Cerebral Micro bleeds,of cerebral CMBs,hypersensitive creactive creactive protein(hs-CRP),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),homogeneity(HCY),total cholesterol(TC),Cys-C,correlation between coagulation function level and cerebral Micro bleeds.Methods A total of 129 cases(78 male)of CMBs patients admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to July 2020(51 cases),108 cases(57 men)in the control group(51 cases),demographic data and medical history were collected.Examination of sex,age,smoking,hypertension,diabetes,hs-CRP,LDL-C,HCY,TC and coagulation function in both groups,Comparison of hs-CRP、LDL-C、HCY、TCand coagulation between the two groups,The correlation between the classification of CMBs and the test indexes of CMBs group was counted.Results CMBs group hs-CRP(0.92±1.30)mg/d L,Hcy(21.45±13.49)umol/L of abnormal coagulation were higher than the control group(0.21±0.14)mg/d L,(11.3±4.3)umol/L,are the differences statistically significant(t=4.558,5.501,P<0.05);and LDL-C(1.69±0.59)mg/d L,TC(3.26±0.77)mg/d L lower than the control group(2.47±0.68,4.57±1.29)mg/d L,are the differences statistically significant(t=7.213,4.763,P<0.05);CMBs group Cys-C(1.15±0.42)mg/L and non CMBs group(0.98±0.09)mg/L,had no statistical significance(t=1.227,P>0.05);And CMBs patients,there was a negative correlation between LDL,total cholesterol level and CMBs amount(P<0.05);The difference were statistically significant.Conclusion CMBs the abnormal level of hs-CRP,HCY,coagulation in patients is higher than that in healthy people.TC,LDL levels were negatively correlated with CMBs amounts.
