即刻种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨即刻种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月德州市夏津县人民医院牙科收治的牙齿缺失患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规延迟种植牙法治疗,观察组实施即刻种植牙法治疗。比较两组种植效果、稳定性、美观性、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组种植成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。治疗后1、6个月,观察组种植体稳定值评分、红色美学评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.048)。结论:即刻种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果理想,能够提高种植成功率,以及种植体稳定性与美观性,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of immediate implant placement in treatment of tooth loss.Methods:A total of 80 patients with tooth loss who were admitted to Department of Stomatology at Xiajin County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional delayed dental implant treatment,and the observation group received immediate implant placement treatment.The implant restoration effect,stability,aesthetics and occurrence of complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of implantation in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).At 1 month and 6 months after treatment,implant stability quotient score and pink esthetic score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion:Immediate implant placement has ideal clinical effect in treatment of tooth loss,and can increase the success rate of implantation,improve the implant stability and aesthetics,and reduce the incidence of complications.
