牙周炎对高血压的影响研究进展

摘　　要：高血压是临床常见的慢性病,炎性反应在高血压的发展中起着重要作用。牙周炎是最常见的炎性反应性疾病,其可能通过促进心血管炎性反应和内皮功能障碍参与心血管疾病的发生、发展。该文从高血压与炎性反应、牙周炎与炎性反应及牙周炎与高血压3个方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床疾病诊治与管理提供参考。Hypertension is a clinically common chronic disease and inflammatory reaction plays a vital role in the development of hypertension.Periodontitis is the most common inflammatory disease,and may participate in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease through promoting cardiovascular inflammation and endothelial dysfunction.This article reviews the research progress in three aspects:hypertension and inflammatory reaction,periodontitis and inflammatory reaction,as well as periodontitis and hypertension,aiming to provide a reference for clinical disease diagnosis,treatment,and management.
