摘　　要：目的:分析心搏呼吸骤停抢救流程在心搏骤停患者抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年3月—2019年3月鄂州市中医医院急诊科抢救的心搏骤停患者97例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=47)。对照组实施常规抢救流程,观察组实施心搏呼吸骤停抢救流程。比较两组抢救效果。结果:观察组护士参与有效抢救时间短于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复苏即刻、复苏后12 h、复苏后24 h格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心搏呼吸骤停抢救流程在心搏骤停患者抢救中的应用效果显著,可缩短抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,改善预后。Objective:To analyze the application effect of cardiac and respiratory arrest rescue process in the rescue of cardiac arrest patients.Methods:A total of 97 patients with cardiac arrest who were rescued in the emergency department of Ezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=47)according to the random number table method.The control group implemented routine rescue process,and the observation group implemented cardiac and respiratory arrest rescue process.The rescue effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rescue time of the nurses in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the rescue success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Glasgow coma score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group immediately after resuscitation,at 12 h after resuscitation,and at 24 h after resuscitation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the cardiac and respiratory arrest rescue process in the rescue of cardiac arrest patients has remarkable effects,which can shorten the rescue time,increase the success rate of rescue and improve the prognosis.
