摘 要:目的构建产前筛查与产前诊断信息管理系统中孕妇管理模块,并探究其在临床中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院产前筛查与诊断工作开展情况,分析产前筛查与诊断信息管理系统的应用效果。结果与2022年1~6月应用常规管理模式相比,2023年1~6月应用产前筛查与诊断信息管理系统后,本院唐氏高风险复查率有所提升,管理成本与管理时间均明显降低。结论产前筛查与诊断信息管理系统孕妇管理模块的构建能够为孕妇的管理提供更多便利,改善医院对高风险孕妇的管理效果,促使其积极配合相关复查工作,提高了高风险孕妇的复查率,为母婴安全提供更多保障,同时有效节省人力、物力,存在较高的应用价值。Objective To construct a pregnant woman management module for prenatal screening and diagnosis information management system and explore its clinical application effectiveness.Methods Retrospective analysis of prenatal screening and diagnosis work situation,analysis of prenatal screening and diagnosis information management system management application effect.Results Compared with the application of conventional management mode from January to June 2022,the application of prenatal screening and diagnostic information management system from January to June 2023 in our hospital resulted in an increase in the high-risk review rate of Tang's,and a significant reduction in management costs and time.Conclusion The construction of the pregnant woman management module in the prenatal screening and diagnosis information management system can provide more convenience for the management of pregnant women,improve the management effect of hospitals on high-risk pregnant women,encourage them to actively cooperate with relevant follow-up work,increase the follow-up rate of high-risk pregnant women,provide more guarantees for mother and baby safety,and effectively save manpower and material resources,with high application value.
