全科医学科在综合医院功能定位中的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解全科医师对综合医院成立全科医学科的支持度及其功能定位,为全科医学科未来发展提供参考。方法从许昌市全科医师学会中选取从事全科医学专业的医师126人,采用问卷调查方式,对综合医院成立全科医学科及其功能定位进行调查。结果综合医院全科医师对综合医院成立全科医学科支持度高于专科及社区医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对全科医学科功能定位调查结果显示,综合医院的全科医师对“固定人群签约服务”非常支持率最高(69.57%),社区及专科医院的全科医师对“多系统疾病的诊治”非常支持率最高(74.51%),两组均对“临终患者的病房照护”支持率最低。结论大多数全科医师支持综合医院设置全科医学科,其功能定位致力于固定人群签约服务和多系统疾病诊治。Objective To understand the support of general practitioners for the establishment of general practice department in general hospitals and its functional orientation,so as to provide reference for the future development of general practice department.Methods A total of 126 general practitioners from Xuchang General Practitioners Association were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the establishment and functional orientation of general practice in general hospitals.Results The support of general practitioners in general hospitals for the establishment of general medicine departments in general hospitals was higher than that in specialized and community hospitals,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survey on the functional orientation of general medicine department showed that general practitioners in general hospitals had the highest support rate for"contracted services for fixed populations"(69.57%),general practitioners in communities and specialized hospitals had the highest support rate for"diagnosis and treatment of multi system diseases"(74.51%),and both groups had the lowest support rate for"ward care for terminally ill patients".Conclusion Most general practitioners support the establishment of general medicine departments in general hospitals,and their functional orientation is dedicated to contracted services for fixed populations and multi system disease diagnosis and treatment.
