马来酸曲美布汀与固本益肠片联合治疗肠易激综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究马来酸曲美布汀与固本益肠片联合治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月天津市宁河区中医医院收治的40例IBS患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例),对照组采用马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组在其基础上联合固本益肠片治疗,比较两组肠易激综合征症状严重程度评分(IBS-SSS量表)、中医症候积分、临床疗效、腹泻、腹痛应答率及不良反应。结果观察组治疗后IBS-SSS评分、中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后4周腹泻、腹痛应答率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论马来酸曲美布汀联合固本益肠片治疗IBS疗效确切,可改善患者临床症状,提高腹泻、腹痛应答,安全可行。Objective To study the clinical effect of trimebutine maleate combined with Guben Yichang TAblets in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Forty patients with IBS admitted to Tianjin Ninghe District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group(20 patients)and observation group(20 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate,and the observation group was treated with Guben Yichang tablets on the basis of trimebutine maleate.The severity score of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-SSS scale),TCM symptom score,clinical efficacy,diarrhea,abdominal pain response rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the IBS-SSS score and TCM symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The response rate of diarrhea and abdominal pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trimebutine maleate combined with Guben Yichang tablets is effective in the treatment of IBS,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the response of diarrhea and abdominal pain,and is safe and feasible.
