精细化护理在内镜下行食管静脉曲张套扎术中的优势分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化护理在内镜下行食管静脉曲张套扎术的优势。方法:随机将2022年1月—2023年4月来我院行内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术的98例食管静脉曲张患者,分为对照组和观察组,49例一组。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以精细化护理。比较两组术前及术中焦虑度,术中配合度及术后满意度。结果:相比护理前,术前和术中VAS-A评分下降,且观察组较对照组下降幅度更大;术中和术前相比,两组VAS-A评分下降上升,但观察组上升幅度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中暂停、退镜率分别为2.04%、0.00%,低于对照组的14.29%、10.20%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术中采用精细化护理可以降低患者负性情绪,提高患者依从性和护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To explore the advantages of fine nursing in endoscopic esophageal varices ligation.Methods:98 patients with esophageal varices who came to our hospital for endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation from January 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in one group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given refined nursing.Preoperative and intraoperative anxiety,intraoperative cooperation and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:VAS-A score decreased before and during operation,and the decrease in observation group was greater than that in control group.VAS-A score of the two groups decreased and increased during operation and before operation,but the increase of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of intraoperative suspension and mirror removal in the observation group were 2.04%and 0.00%,respectively,lower than 14.29%and 10.20%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.92%,higher than that of the control group 79.59%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of fine nursing in endoscopic esophageal variceal ligation can reduce patients’negative emotions and improve patients’compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
