微小RNA-10b及糖类抗原153在早期乳腺癌中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA(miRNA)-10b及糖类抗原(CA)153在早期乳腺癌中的诊断价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月河南省南乐中兴医院收治的53例乳腺癌早期患者作为患病组,另选同期52名健康体检者为健康组,对比2组血清miRNA-10b及CA153水平,分析并对比二者对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果2组年龄、月经情况、CA125、CA199等水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);患病组的miRNA-10b、CA153水平[5.7±1.5、(36±20)U/ml]均高于健康组[3.4±1.4、(13±10)U/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析后miRNA-10b、CA153曲线下面积分别为0.894、0.817,具有较好的诊断价值(t=8.009、7.689,P均<0.05)。结论miRNA-10b和CA153水平与早期乳腺癌发展具有密切的联系,对早期乳腺癌诊断具有较高的特异度和敏感度,可以通过观察miRNA-10b、CA153水平变化对乳腺癌患者进行病情诊断。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of microribonucleic acid-10b(miRNA-10b)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in early breast cancer.Methods Fifty-three early breast cancer patients ad-mitted to Nanle Zhongxing Hospital,between March 2019 and March 2020 as the breast cancer group,and a con-temporary cohort of 52 healthy subjects were included as the healthy group.The serum miRNA-10b and CA153 levels were compared between the two groups,and their sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of early breast cancer were determined and compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in age,men-struation,carbo-hydrate antigen 125(CA125),and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA 199)between the two groups(all P>0.05).The levels of miRNA-10b and CA153 in the breast cancer group[5.7±1.5,(36±20)U/ml]were higher than those in the healthy group[3.4±1.4,(13±10)U/ml],with sta-tistically significant differences(both P<0.05).After ROC curve analysis,the area under the miRNA-10b and CA153 curves were 0.894 and 0.817,respectively,which showed good diagnostic value(t=8.009、7.689,both P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of miRNA-10b and CA153 are closely related to the development of early breast cancer,and show high specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of early breast cancer.The condition of breast cancer may be diagnosed by observing changes in the levels of miRNA-10b and CA 153.
