摘 要:为了使用户在使用FDM设备成型平台时获得更好的体验,文章综合SET因素分析法、KANO模型与AHP法对FDM设备进行用户需求研究,并通过设计实践进行验证。首先使用SET因素分析法结合访谈获取用户需求,整理为KANO模型问卷调查所需的指标体系,其次依照KANO模型对问卷调查所得到的需求分类与排序使用AHP法分析得到各项权重,得到设计方案,通过市场调查获得对照方案,最终通过AHP法得到的权重对设计方案进行评价。结果表明,基于SET因素分析法、KANO模型与AHP法可以方便、有效的用于FDM设备设计,并验证设计的优越性。In order to give users a better experience when using the FDM equipment forming platform,this paper combines SET,KANO and AHP to study the user needs of FDM equipment,and verifies it through design practice.Firstly,the SET factor analysis method combined with interviews was used to obtain user needs.Secondly,the index system required by the KANO model questionnaire survey was sorted out.According to the KANO model,the needs obtained from the questionnaire survey were classified and sorted by AHP method to obtain various weights and design schemes,and the comparison schemes were obtained by market survey.Finally,the weight obtained by AHP method is used to evaluate the design scheme.The results show that SET,KANO and AHP can be used to design FDM equipment conevniently and effectively,and the superiority of the design isv erified.
