医学院大学生健康素养对焦虑的影响:应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探究医学生的应对方式在健康素养和焦虑间的中介作用。方法:2021年8月~2022年10月使用广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、日常健康信息素养问卷(EHIL)对安徽芜湖某医学院的大一、大二、大三年级医学生进行调查。结果:焦虑与健康素养、积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.318~-0.278,P<0.05),与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.190,P<0.05),健康素养与积极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.392,P<0.05),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.101,P<0.05);医学生的健康素养和积极应对方式可负向预测焦虑(β=-0.269~-0.189,P<0.05),消极应对方式可正向预测焦虑(β=0.173,P<0.05),年级也是焦虑的影响因素(β=0.410,P<0.05);医学生的积极、消极应对方式在健康素养对焦虑的影响中均具有中介作用。结论:健康素养可直接负向影响医学生的焦虑情绪,也可通过应对方式的中介作用负向影响医学生的焦虑情绪。Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of copying style between health literacy and anxiety in medical undergraduates.Methods:During August 2021 and October 2022,we conducted a survey on the freshmen,sophomores and juniors from a medical college in Wuhu City using Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale(GAD-7),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Everyday Health Information Literacy(EHIL).Results:Anxiety was negatively correlated with health literacy and optimistic copying style(r=-0.318 to-0.278,P<0.05),yet positively with pessimistic copying style(r=0.190,P<0.05).Health literacy was positively correlated with optimistic copying style(r=0.392,P<0.05),whereas negatively with pessimistic copying style(r=-0.101,P<0.05).Health literacy and optimistic copying style of medical undergraduates could negatively predict anxiety(β=-0.269 to-0.189),P<0.05],and their pessimistic copying style could positively predict anxiety(β=0.173,P<0.05).Grade was a factor influencing anxiety(β=0.410,P<0.05).Both positive and negative coping styles played a mediating role in the influence of health literacy on anxiety.Conclusion:Health literacy can not only directly lead to negative effect on the anxiety of medical undergraduates,but also negatively affect the anxiety of the students through mediating role of coping styles.
