摘  要:目的:探究社会支持对医学中专生亲社会行为的影响,并在此基础上探索生命意义感和心理弹性的链式中介作用。方法:随机向3526名医学中专生发放由社会支持评定量表、生命意义感问卷、青少年心理韧性量表和亲社会倾向量表组成的问卷进行调查,利用链式中介模型检验社会支持、生命意义感、心理弹性、亲社会行为四者间的关系。结果:社会支持、生命意义感、心理弹性、亲社会行为两两间均呈正相关(P<0.05),生命意义感和心理弹性在社会支持与医学中专生亲社会行为间发挥链式中介作用(效应值为0.03,95%CI:0.012~0.029)。结论:社会支持既会直接作用于医学中专生的亲社会行为,又会间接通过生命意义感和心理弹性作用于医学中专生的亲社会行为。Objective:To explore the effect of social support on prosocial behavior in the students from a medical vocational middle school and the chain mediating role of meaning in life and resilience.Methods:A total of 3526 students in a medical vocational middle school were surveyed using questionnaires,including Social Support Rating Scale,Meaning in Life Questionnaire,Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents and Prosocial Behavior Scale.A chain mediating model was used to test the relationship among social support,meaning of life,resilience and prosocial behavior.Results:There was a significant positive correlation among social support,meaning in life,resilience and prosocial behavior(P<0.05).Meaning in life and resilience played a chain mediating role between social support and prosocial behavior of medical vocational middle school students(effect value:0.03;95%CI:0.012-0.029).Conclusion:Social support can impact directly on the prosocial behavior in students in medical vocational middle school,and indirectly on it through meaning in life and resilience.
