摘  要:新建隧道近距离下穿运营铁路易导致上方运营铁路路基、轨道变形,影响行车安全。为降低施工风险及减少对运营铁路的影响,以郑州火车站片区下穿运营铁路操场街隧道工程为研究背景,基于有限元数值模拟,分析矩形顶管法和管幕暗挖法施工过程中引起的运营铁路路基沉降变化。并对矩形顶管法和管幕暗挖法施工工艺、施工进度、沉降控制等多方面综合比选,提出新建隧道下穿既有运营铁路安全施工方案。研究表明,运营铁路与新建隧道正交时,隧道正上方轨道沉降最大,隧道中心点两侧轨道沉降呈对称分布;矩形顶管法施工轨道累计沉降值最大为5.6 mm,管幕暗挖法施工轨道累计沉降值最大为4.04 mm,管幕暗挖法施工对运营铁路轨道沉降的影响较小。The construction of new tunnel undercrossing operating railway can easily lead to the deformation of the subgrade and track of the operating railway above,which affects the safety of trains.Based on the finite element numerical simulation,the playground street tunnel project undercrossing operating railway of Zhengzhou railway station was taken as an example,and the change of the subgrade subsidence of the operating railway caused by the construction of the new tunnel under rectangular pipe-jacking method and pipe roof undermining method was analyzed.A safe construction plan for the new tunnel undercrossing operating railway was proposed by comprehensive comparison of construction technology,construction progress,settlement control between the rectangular pipe-jacking method and pipe roof undermining method.The results show that:when the operating railway is orthogonal to the new tunnel,the position with the largest subsidence is the railway directly above the tunnel and the subsidence of the railway on both sides of the tunnel center point is symmetrically distributed.The maximum cumulative settlement of railway tracks under rectangular pipe-jacking method is 5.6 mm,The maximum cumulative settlement of railway tracks under pipe roof undermining method is 4.04 mm.Pipe roof tunneling method has less influence on the subsidence of the operating railway track.
