摘  要:采用滤纸圆片法检测尤溪绿茶、尤溪红茶、尤溪白茶、尤溪乌龙茶、菊花、蒲公英的浸提液,互叶白千层精油及山茶油的单方与复合方对眼科常见致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、青霉菌、镰刀菌的抑制效果,以筛选有较好抑制效果且耐贮存的茶提取物草本复合配方。结果表明:在所选用的复配方中,WT∶T∶EOMA-2(白茶、蒲公英、互叶白千层精油的质量浓度比为3∶1∶1)、WT∶C∶T∶EOMA-2(白茶、菊花、蒲公英、互叶白千层精油的质量浓度比为3∶1∶1∶1)对眼科常见致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的综合抑菌作用较好;互叶白千层精油和个别复配液(WT∶T∶EOMA-2、WT∶T∶EOMA-1、WT∶C∶T∶EOMA-2、WT∶EOMA∶CO-1)对眼致病真菌青霉菌和镰刀菌有一定作用;复合方综合抑菌作用与水浸出物含量、茶多酚含量高度相关。此外,优化的复配方液体试剂显示对热稳定性较差,但有一定程度的抗紫外线能力,表明这些方剂宜低温贮藏且不必严格避光保存。本研究初步寻找到对眼睛亲和性较好的草本复合配方,可为干眼病患者的雾化熏蒸治疗提供依据。In order to screen out compound formulas of herbs and tea extracts with good inhibitory effect and storage resistance,filter paper disc method was used to detect the inhibitory effect of the extracts of Youxi green tea,Youxi black tea,Youxi white tea,Youxi Oolong,chrysanthemum,Taraxacum,and the single and compound formulas of Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil and camellia oil on common ophthalmic pathogenic bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Penicillium,and Fusarium.The results showed that WT∶T∶EOMA-2(white tea∶Taraxacum∶Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil=3∶1∶1),WT∶C∶T∶EOMA-2(white tea∶chrysanthemum∶Taraxacum∶Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil-3∶1∶1∶1)had better comprehensive bacteriostatic effect on common ophthalmic pathogenic bacteria of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli;Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil and individual compound solution(WT∶T∶EOMA-2,WT∶T∶EOMA-1,WT∶C∶T∶EOMA-2,WT∶EOMA∶CO-1)have certain effects on the eye pathogenic fungus of Penicillium and Fusarium;The comprehensive antibacterial effect of the composite formula is highly correlated with the content of water extracts and tea polyphenols.In addition,the optimized compound liquid reagents showed poor thermallystability,but have a certain degree of ultraviolet resistance,indicating that these formulas should be stored at low temperature and do not need to be strictly protected from light.This study initially found a herbal compound formula with good affinity to the eyes,which provided the basis for the nebulized fumigation treatment of xerophthailmia patients.
