摘 要:实施高质量名校长培养是新时代我国建设高质量教育体系的重要举措。基于领航名校长的培养经验,依从已有研究证据指导研修活动的循证逻辑,遵循成人学习的认知特点,尝试将中层理论作为弥合名校长培养工作中宏大理论问题与微观工作经验之间鸿沟的理论想象。以中间路线为实践逻辑审视当前的名校长培养工作发现,普遍存在培养对象过于泛化、培养内容过于窄化、培养方式过于僵化、培训评价过于量化等问题,创设中间地带作为高质量名校长培养的活动场域,通过制定个性化培养方案提升培训精准度,坚持高品质导师制提升培训专业度,搭建优质资源平台加强培训开放性,激发校长学习内驱力加强培训主体性,最终实现从名校长到为学、为事、为人示范新时代“大先生”的培养目标,建强中国特色教师教育体系。It is an important measure to cultivate of high quality-distinguished principals in the new era to build a high quality education system in China.Based on the training experience of distinguished principals,following the evidence based logic of the research activities guided by the existing research evidence,and following the cognitive characteristics of adult learning,we try to use middle range theory as a theoretical image to bridge the gap between the grand theoretical problems and the micro work experience in the cultivating of distinguished principals.Examining the current cultivating of distinguished principals with the middle line as the practical logic,we found that there are many problems,such as over-extensive training objects,over-narrow training content,over-rigid training methods,and quantitative based training evaluation.We created a middle zone as the activity field for cultivating of distinguished principals,improved the training accuracy by formulating personalized training programs,adhered to the high-quality tutorial system to improve the training professionalism,build a high-quality resource platform to strengthen the openness of training,stimulate the internal driving force of principals to strengthen the subjectivity of training,and finally achieve the training goal which is from distinguished principals to a master in the New Era for learning,doing,and demonstrating for people,and build a strong teacher education system with Chinese characteristics.
