摘　　要：目的分析21例嗜酸性粒细胞肝浸润患者的临床特征,提高临床医师对该病的认识,减少误诊漏诊,做到早诊断、早治疗。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2023年6月病理提示嗜酸性粒细胞肝浸润的21例住院患者病历资料。结果所有行肝肿物/肝叶切除术后的嗜酸性粒细胞肝浸润患者外周嗜酸性粒细胞负荷下降,症状缓解。结论在嗜酸性粒细胞肝浸润患者中,适当前移手术窗口,帮助临床医生尽快明确病因,又可显著降低嗜酸性粒细胞细胞负荷,对缓解患者急性期疼痛,抑制过高的细胞负荷所致器官损害,可能存在重要意义。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 21 patients with hepatic eosinophilic infiltration,improve clinical physicians′understanding of the disease,reduce misdiagnosis,and achieve early diagnosis and treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 21 hospitalized patients with pathological indications of hepatic eosinophilic infiltration from June 2015 to June 2023.Results Patients with hepatic eosinophilic infiltration experienced a decrease in peripheral eosinophil load and symptom relief after hepatectomy.Conclusion In patients with hepatic eosinophilic infiltration,appropriate early surgery can not only help clinical doctors quickly identify the cause,but also significantly reduce the load of eosinophils.It may have important significance in alleviating acute pain and inhibiting organ damage.
