摘 要:某客运专线在车站侧线股道设防护区段的情况下,联调联试期间发生:防护区段长度超过100m时,装备H型车载的动车组会产生制动(问题1);侧线通过时,装备T型车载的动车组发生掉码引起列车制动(问题2)。通过数据分析发现问题1原因为丢失出站应答器;问题2原因为应答器载频预告与接收的地面载频信息逆序。提出防护区段载频设置优化和车载软件优化2种方案:将防护区段与股道区段按相同基准载频布置,可以同时解决问题1和问题2,适用于新建线路;H型车载软件修改为到出站信号机的轨道电路长度小于225m时判定该区段为防护区段,T型车载软件增加绝缘节使用判断条件,绝缘节后的载频与应答器预告的下一段载频一致时才使用该绝缘节。最终H型和T型车载通过软件升级解决了上述问题,可为工程中类似问题的解决提供借鉴。In the case of a passenger dedicated line with a protective section on the side track of a station,during the integrated testing and commissioning,when the length of the protective section exceeds 100 m,the EMU equipped with H-type onboard equipment generated braking(problem 1),when it passes through the siding line,the EMU equipped with T-type onboard equipment lost its code,causing the train to brake(problem 2).Through data analysis,it is found that the reason of problem 1 is the loss of departure signal balise.The reason of problem 2 is the reverse order between the transponder carrier frequency prediction and the received ground carrier frequency information.Two schemes are proposed to optimize the carrier frequency setting of the protected section and the optimization of the onboard software:the protective section and the station track are arranged according to the same basic carrier frequency,which can solve problem 1 and problem 2 at the same time,which is suitable for new lines.The H-type onboard software is modified to determine that the section is a protected section when the length of the track circuit ahead of the starting signal is less than 225 m,and the T-type onboard software adds the judgment conditions for the use of the insulated joint,that the carrier frequency after the insulated section is consistent with the next track of the carrier frequency predicted by the transponder.Finally,through upgrading software of the H-type and T-type onboard equipments,problems 1 and 2 are solved,which can provide reference for solving similar problems in engineering.
