摘　　要：在“三个面向”战略方针的指引下,中国特色社会主义教材和教育图书编研出版体系逐步形成。作为我国基础教育教材建设的国家队、主力军和排头兵,人民教育出版社(课程教材研究所)确立了以科研创新为动力的人才强社方针和“一体两翼”的发展格局,体现了编研一体、学术立社的独特风格,并取得了卓越的成绩,研究开发、编辑出版和印刷发行事业逐步迈上了面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的新台阶。人民教育出版社(课程教材研究所)的发展历程也是我国课程教材研究和教育出版改革发展的缩影。习近平同志在党的二十大报告中进一步阐释了邓小平同志首创的“中国式现代化”这一重要命题。回顾改革历程,总结成功经验,对于赓续推进我国教材编研和教育出版事业高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。In 1983,Deng Xiaoping wrote an inscription for Beijing Jingshan School which was“Gear education to modernization,the world and the future”.Before the inscription,he had just entitled newly established Curriculum and Teaching Materials Research Institute of People's Education Press.Three orientation strategic policy has been promoted in reform and opening-up,which has profound historical significance for the overall development of educational reform,and has direct and important practical significance for the reform and development of primary and secondary school textbook and educational book compiling and publishing.Under the guidance of three orientation,primary and secondary school textbook publishing in China has stepped into normalization,scientization and modernization.As the pioneer of basic educational textbook construction,People's Education Press and its Curriculum and Teaching Materials Research Institute have compiled and published sets of high-quality primary and secondary school textbook and become important force for the publishing of normal textbook and academic book.Over the past 40 years,People's Education Press(Curriculum and Teaching Materials Research Institute)has formulated the policy of strengthening the press with talents driven by scientific research and innovation and the overall development pattern of“one body and two wings”,which reflects the unique style of the integration of compilation and research and the focus on academic research.Research and development,and compiling and publishing,printing and marketing have stepped into a new stage facing modernization,the world and the future.The development process of People's Education Press is also a microcosm of the modernization of China's curriculum and textbook research and educational publishing reform.Reviewing the reform and experience of textbook publishing over the past 40 years is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of textbook compilation and research and educational publishing in China.In the
