摘  要:大学英语教师的职业成熟度影响着大学英语教学质量,对高校高质量人才培养起着重要作用。选定大学英语课程,采用层次分析法,构建大学英语教师职业成熟度的4个准则层和20个子准则层的综合评价模型。结果显示,当前大学英语教师的职业成熟度总体处于创新阶段。因此,提出注重学生学习效果、创设良好学习环境,树立教师道德榜样、构建道德考核标准,创建青年导师制度、提升教师教学水平等举措,以此提升教师的职业决策自我效能感,从而推动大学英语教学改革发展。The career maturity of college English teachers,which affects the quality of college English teaching,plays an important role in the cultivation of high-quality talents in colleges and universities.In this article,based on a case analysis of the course College English,we constructed with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)a comprehensive evaluation model with 4 primary criteria at the first layer and 20 secondary criteria at the second layer of career maturity of college English teachers.The results showed that the overall career maturity of those teachers is at the innovation stage.Therefore,it is proposed to focus on students′learning outcome,and create a good learning environment;set up moral models for teachers,and formulate moral assessment standards;and establish a tutor system for young teachers,and improve teaching quality,in order to enhance teachers′selfefficacy in career decision-making,and promote the reform and development of college English teaching.
