摘 要:目的通过对上海中医药大学师生的问卷调查,分析了ChatGPT介入中医教育的可行性,并重点阐述其在中医教育教学中的应用前景及面临的挑战。方法2023年4月在上海中医药大学范围内对在校师生开展问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果回收问卷共计202份,结果显示,在对ChatGPT了解程度方面,在调查范围内有60.89%的师生听说过但未使用过ChatGPT,有23.76%听说过并使用过ChatGPT,仅有15.35%从未听说过ChatGPT。在使用ChatGPT进行教与学的利弊分析方面,目前师生们对其的评价处于利弊均等阶段,但在教与学的多个环节上对ChatGPT的辅助作用都有正面的评价。同时,在调查中有超过50%师生表示会愿意主动使用ChatGPT,并对ChatGPT信任程度较高。结论调查对象普遍认为ChatGPT人工智能技术虽然给教师和学生带来多方位的挑战,但在教学中可以弥补传统教学的不足之处,并能够进一步激发教师的授课潜力,且能够对学生提供个性化的学习支持和指导。如何巧妙并合理地利用ChatGPT并打破教育资源的时空局限,实现传统中医教育的高质量发展和变革,是当前教育教学领域亟须思考的课题。Objectives To analyze the feasibility of the application of ChatGPT in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)education,and elaborate its prospect and challenges based on a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out in the university in April 2023,and the results of the survey were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 202 survey responses were retrieved.The results showed that in terms of general familiarity with ChatGPT,60.89%of teachers and students had heard of but had never used it,23.76%had heard of and used it,and only 15.35%had never heard of it.In terms of the pros and cons of applying ChatGPT to teaching and learning,respondents believed both share roughly equal weight in general and its advantages outweigh its disadvantages in various specific aspects of teaching and learning.Meanwhile,in the survey,more than half of the teachers and students surveyed are willing to actively use ChatGPT and demonstrate a high degree of confidence in the app.Conclusion The survey respondents generally believe that artificial intelligence dialogue tools such as ChatGPT can make up for the shortcomings of TCM teaching,further stimulate the potential of teachers,and provide personalized learning support and guidance for students,although they may bring some challenges to teachers and students.As a result,it has become an urgent question how to skillfully and reasonably utilize ChatGPT to break the limitation of time and space of educational resources to achieve high-quality development and reform of TCM education.
