教学质量文化视角下中医药院校青年教师发展的实践与思考——以江西中医药大学为例

摘  要:教学质量文化建设是确保高等中医药院校教学改革效果、人才培养质量的精神内核。青年教师是教学改革、人才培养的关键性力量,探讨培养什么样的青年教师、怎样培养青年教师是高等中医药院校师资队伍建设的关键。当前,中医药院校青年教师发展存在教学质量文化强调不足、教师能力解构针对性不足、教师能力规范培训不足等问题。江西中医药大学通过培育教学质量文化、健全教师发展质量标准、开展教师规范化培养等措施,探索青年教师发展路径,并取得了比较显著的成效。The emphasis on the development of teaching quality is the spiritual core to ensure the effect of teaching reform and the quality of talent training in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities.In addition,young teachers are the essential force of educational reform and student cultivation.In this sense,it is key to the development of teaching faculty at TCM colleges and universities to explore what kind of young teachers are ideal and how to improve the exiting young faculty.However,at present,there are some problems in the development of junior teachers in those colleges and universities,such as insufficient emphasis on teaching quality,insufficient purpose of the analysis of teachers′competence,and insufficient standardized training to enhance their abilities.To solve the problems,Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine has explored the development path of young teachers by stressing educational quality,formulating teacher development quality standards,and carrying out standardized teacher training,which has yielded remarkable results.
