摘 要:目的分析中西医临床医学专业课程思政教学实践的研究现状。方法以Arksey和O′Malley的范围综述方法为框架,利用计算机检索7个中文数据库,根据纳排标准筛选文献,对纳入的所有文献进行系统分析和资料提取。结果共纳入19篇文献,涉及5门专业课程。涉及课程思政教学实践的研究内容有:教学目标、思政元素、教学方法与途径、教师要求和教学评价。结论中西医临床医学专业课程思政教学实践中的思政元素丰富多元、教学方法灵活多样,但总体研究量较少且课程分布不均衡、思政教学目标有待于逐级确立、思政元素存在零散挖掘和同质化现象、思政融入设计和评价方法有待完善、专业教师课程思政能力建设需进一步提升。应加强中西医临床医学专业课程思政教学的理论研究,以及对专业课程尤其是中西医结合课程的实践探索,为课程思政教学提供理论指导和现实依据。Objective To analyze the research status quo of ideological and political teaching practice in clinical courses of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine(ITC&WM).Methods Within the methodological framework of Arksey and O′Malley′s scoping studies,relevant literature was retrieved from seven Chinese databases,and was selected according to relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria.All the included documents were systematically analyzed and data extracted.Results A total of 19 articles were included,involving 5 professional courses.The research content of ideological and political teaching practice in the courses included:teaching objectives,ideological and political elements,teaching methods and approaches,requirements for teachers,and teaching evaluation.Conclusion In the practice of ideological and political education in clinicalcourses of ITC&WM,the ideological and political elements are rich,and the teaching methods are flexible and diverse.However,the number of research papers is relatively small and the distribution of papers over different courses is uneven.The goals of ideological and political education are yet to be established at different levels,and the ideological and political elements are still scattered and homogenic.The design and evaluation of integration of such elements in the courses could be improved,and professional teachers′abilities of relevant education enhanced.We should strengthen the theoretical research as well as the practical exploration of ideological and political education in clinical courses of ITC&WM,in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical basis for better development of such education in relevant courses.
