名老中医工作室参与中医儿科研究生教育的模式探索

摘  要:将名老中医工作室建设与中医儿科研究生教育相结合,通过临床跟诊、学术讲座和会议、标准化教学、课题申报和实施、教学方法改进及课程思政探索等,全方位提高研究生临床、科研能力,提高研究生人文素养。通过此次探索,提出本教学形式可作为常规研究生教育的一种行之有效的补充,服务于日常教学实践。The inheritance of the experience of prestigious TCM practitioners is related to the cultivation of TCM talents and the development.The traditional training model of pediatric postgraduates of TCM is facing challen⁃ges.This research combines the construction of the prestigious Chinese physician workroom with the education of the graduate students of pediatrics of TCM.Through clinical follow⁃up,academic lectures and conferences,standardized teaching,subject application and implementation,improvement of teaching methods,and curriculum ideology and politics,the clinical and scientific research abilities,as well as the humanistic quality of the graduate students are improved in an all⁃round way.Through this exploration,it is proposed that this teaching form can serve as an effec⁃tive supplement to the regular postgraduate education and serve the daily teaching practice.
