摘 要:文章以某线路CR200J型动车组为研究对象,对在一个镟修周期内不同镟后里程的车轮开展踏面廓形测试,研究运用过程中车轮踏面磨耗特征的发展规律,并在实测磨耗车轮踏面的基础上,基于SIMPACK建立CR200J型动车组车辆模型,对车辆动力学性能影响进行分析。分析结果表明,该线路车辆车轮踏面磨耗范围较宽,总体磨耗较为均匀,等效锥度呈线性增长。当等效锥度达到0.4以后,等效锥度增长有利于车辆通过小半径曲线,一定程度上提高安全裕度,在直线上,等效锥度增长对构架的横向振动加速度增幅影响较为明显,对车辆横向平稳性和垂向平稳性无明显影响。Shi Xinwei;Taking the CR200J power concentrated EMU on a specific line as the research target,wheel tread profile testing was conducted under different mileages after wheel reprofiling within a turning period,to study the development principles of wheel tread wear characteristics during the application process.Based on the actual measurements of worn wheel treads,the vehicle model of CR200J EMU was established using SIMPACK to analyze the impact of vehicle dynamics performance.The results show a wide range of wheel tread wear of vehicles on this line,while the overall wear is relatively uniform,with a linear increase in equivalent slope.After the equivalent slope reaches 0.4,the increase in equivalent slope is beneficial for vehicles to pass through small radius curves,which increased safety margins to a certain extent.On straight lines,the increase in equivalent slope has a significant impact on the lateral vibration acceleration increase of the frame,while the lateral and vertical stability of the vehicle are not significantly affected.
