摘 要:碳化硅(SiC)与硅(Si)器件混合型三电平有源中点箝位(3L-ANPC)变流器可采用两种脉宽调制(PWM)方法。基于双脉冲测试平台得到器件开关特性及损耗,建立了两种不同PWM方法下的三电平变流器损耗模型。得到不同调制方法下变流器的损耗分布,通过分析损耗随载波周期内占空比及负载电流的变化关系,提出一种面向总损耗优化的混合型PWM策略,通过监测载波周期内输出电流以及占空比大小进行查表判断,选择损耗更低的PWM方法以实现更高的变流器效率。最后通过一个30 kW单相变流器实验平台及其效率测试数据验证了所提出PWM策略的有效性。Two pulse width modulation(PWM)methods can be used in the hybrid three-level active neutral-point clamped(3L-ANPC)converter with silicon carbide(SiC)and silicon(Si)devices.Based on the switching characteris-tics and losses of devices obtained from the dual-pulse test platform,the losses models of three-level converters with two different PWM methods are established.The losses distribution of the converter under two modulation methods is obtained.Through the analysis of the relationship between the duty ratio and load current during the carrier cycle,a hybrid PWM strategy for total losses optimization is proposed.By monitoring the output current and duty cycle size of the carrier cycle,the table is checked to determine the PwM method with lower losses to achieve higher converter efficiency.Finally,a 30 kW single-phase converter experimental platform and its efficiency test data verify the effec-tiveness of the proposed PWM strategy.
