摘  要:电连接器异常检测是电连接器生产过程中的重要环节,是保证连接器产品质量不可缺少的步骤。传统电连接器异常检测采用人工检测的方式,存在检测效率低、漏检率较高等问题。本文基于机器视觉的方式,设计一种双排针电连接器异常检测方法,通过寻找最小包围矩形、角度矫正等图像处理算法,通过计算双排针电连接器针脚偏移距离,从而判断双排针电连接器是否存在异常.实验证明,该方法具有一定的可行性和有效性。Abnormal detection of electrical connector is an important link in the production process of electrical connector,and is an indispensable step to ensure the quality of connector products.The traditional abnormal detection of electrical connector adopts manual detection,which has the problems of low detection efficiency and high missing rate.In this paper,based on the method of machine vision,a double-row pin electrical connector anomaly detection method is designed.By finding the minimum surrounding rectangle,Angle correction and other image processing algorithms,and calculating the pin offset distance of the double-row pin electrical connector,the double-row pin electrical connector is determined whether there is an anomaly.The experiment proves that the method has certain feasibility and effectiveness.
