摘 要:针对在切向畸变较明显的环境下标定参数的精确度存在明显误差的问题,利用标准量块形状简单、量值稳定的几何特性,提出一种基于量块垂直边线的系统标定方法。该方法采用标准量块为标定物,首先将相机坐标系与世界坐标系重合,避免了相机外部参数的计算,减少了运算量;其次利用Sobel算子检测量块边线边缘,利用最小二乘拟合得到直线,检测标定图像中垂直边线的交点;最后获取这些交点的世界坐标和图像坐标来标定相机,得到相机的内部参数。实验结果表明,在光栅投影测量系统中的相机切向畸变误差精度达到0.001。该方法原理简单、使用方便,对切向畸变有较好的修正精度和可操作性。Aimed at the problem of obvious error in the accuracy of calibration parameters under the circumstance of obvious tangential distortion,a camera calibration method based on the vertical edge of the calibration block was proposed,by taking advantage of the geometric characteristics of simple shape and stable value of the standard gauge block.Firstly,the camera coordinate system is coincident with the world coordinate system,which avoids the calculation of camera external parameters and reduces the amount of computation.The camera is calibrated by the constraint relation of the vertical edge of the measuring block,and the internal parameters of the camera are obtained.Experimental results show that the camera’s tangential distortion accuracy reaches 0.001 in the grating projection measurement system.The method is simple in principle,easy to use,and has good precision and operability.Moreover,it has better correction accuracy and maneuverability for tangential distortion.
