摘  要:【目的】探究饲料中添加包膜丁酸钠对大规格刺参(Apostichopus japonicus)生长性能、消化和抗氧化能力及相关基因表达的影响,为丁酸钠在刺参养成阶段生产中的合理利用提供依据。【方法】选用初始体质量为(55.96±0.20)g的刺参为研究对象,通过在基础饲料中添加质量分数为0、0.05%、0.10%、0.20%、0.40%、0.60%的包膜丁酸钠(丁酸钠有效质量分数≥75%),制成6组等氮等脂的实验饲料,其中未添加组为对照组,养殖周期为8周。【结果】实验结果表明,刺参存活率在不同实验组间无显著差异(P>0.05),增重率(WGR)及特定生长率(SGR)均在0.40%添加组达到最高水平,显著高于对照组、0.05%和0.10%添加组(P<0.05);刺参肠道蛋白酶和脂肪酶活性均在0.40%添加组达到最高水平,同0.60%添加组无显著差异(P>0.05),显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,肠道淀粉酶活性在不同实验组间无显著差异(P>0.05);刺参肠道免疫能力方面,添加量在0.20%以上时,肠道中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而肠道丙二醛(MDA)含量呈相反的变化趋势(P<0.05);刺参肠道NF-κB转录因子(Rel)相对表达量均在0.40%添加组组达到最高值,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时肠道NF-κB转录因子(P105)相对表达量同Rel呈相反变化趋势(P<0.05)。刺参肠道溶菌酶(lysozyme)相对表达量在0.40%添加组达到最高值,显著高于对照组和0.60%添加组(P<0.05)。【结论】在本研究条件下,饲料中添加0.40%的包膜丁酸钠对大规格刺参生长性能、消化能力和抗氧化能力起到一定的促进作用。丁酸钠可以通过调节NF-κB信号通路相关因子影响刺参的抗炎水平,进而对机体的免疫能力产生积极影响。【Objective】This study aimed to evaluate the effects of coated sodium butyrate in diets on growth performance,digestive capacity,antioxidant capacity and related-gene mRNA expression of large-size sea cucumber(Apostichopus japonicus),and provided theoretical basis for the rational utilization of sodium butyrate in culturing sea cucumber.【Method】Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated with graded mass fraction of dietary coated sodium butyrate,0,0.05%,0.10%,0.20%,0.40%and 0.60%respectively,and the non-added group was the control group.The feeding experiment lasted for 8-week,and the initial mass of sea cucumber was(55.96±0.20)g.【Result】The results showed that no significant differences in survival rate were found among dietary treatments(P>0.05).With the increase of dietary sodium butyrate levels,the weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)increased,and then decreased after reaching the peak at the 0.40%addition group,significantly higher than those of control,0.05%,0.10%addition groups(P<0.05).The body wall of Apostichopus japonicus composition analysis showed that the crude protein,crude lipid,crude ash and moisture content of body wall were not significantly different in different groups(P>0.05).The activities of protease and lipase in intestinal tract reached their peaks at the 0.40%addition group,with no significant differences from those of 0.60%addition group(P>0.05),while significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).On the antioxidant capacity of sea cucumber,the activities of SOD,CAT and T-AOC in intestinal tract of 0.20%,0.40%and 0.60%addition groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).But the MDA content in intestinal tract changed in a trend opposite to that of SOD(P<0.05).The relative expression of Rel in intestinal tract of Apostichopus japonicus was the highest in 0.40%addition group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the relative expression of P105 in intestinal tract ch
