京津冀协同发展背景下河北省高等教育发展现状研究

摘　　要：京津冀高等教育协同发展是打造中国式现代化教育场景的有效着力点。河北高等教育处在京津冀协同发展圈,有着自身的发展需求,对比京津冀地区普通高校的基本情况、师资力量、教育经费、高教人口以及科研投入与产出情况,发现京津冀三地高等教育水平失衡现象突出,河北高校存在学科薄弱、师资匮乏、经费不足、人才流失、科研水平不高等亟待解决的问题。The coordinated development of higher education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an effective focus to create a Chinese-style modern education scene.Hebei Higher Education,within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development circle,has its unique development needs.By comparing the basic situation,teaching staff,education funds,higher education population,and scientific research input and outputof ordinary colleges and universities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it is found that the imbalance of higher educationin the three regions is prominent.There are some problems that need to be solved urgently in Hebei colleges and universities,such as weakness of subjects,lack of teachers,insufficient funds,brain drain,and low level of scientific research.
