摘　　要：患者,男,76岁。前额肿块1个月余,逐渐增大,随后出现糜烂渗出,偶有瘙痒。予手术切除,组织病理诊断为透明细胞鳞状细胞癌。术后随访至今未见复发。A 76-year-old male presented with mass on the forehead for more than 1 month,and the mass gradually increased in size,followed by erosion and exudation with occasional pruritus.The patient underwent surgical resection,and the diagnosis of clear cell squamous cell carcinoma was made by pathological examination.The patient was followed up and no recurrence was found.
