摘  要:近年来,中国人民大学哲学院以立德树人为根本,以强基博识为思路,以学科交融为方法,在服务国家和社会发展需要的哲学一流学科建设中践行人才培养的辩证法,多措并举提高哲学人才培养质量。新时代新征程,推动哲学教育内涵式发展,人大哲学院遵循哲学教育规律,使哲学教育以塑造灵魂和塑造精神生命的方式塑造人的社会存在,聚焦哲学教育发展动力,回归哲学教育的本质,丰盈哲学教育的想象力和创造力,不断推动哲学教育现代化,努力培养符合时代发展需要、具有民族情怀的哲学人才。In recent years,the School of Philosophy of Renmin University of China,with a fundamental goal of fostering virtue through education and by strengthening basic academic disciplines and expanding knowledge,has been practicing the disciplinary integration-based dialectics of talent training in the development of first-class disciplines of philosophy to serve the needs of national and social development and taking multifaceted measures to improve the quality of talent training in philosophy.On the new journey of the new era,to promote development of substance in philosophy education,we should follow the laws of philosophy education,so that it shapes human's social existence by shaping our souls and spiritual lives.Specifically,we should focus on the motive force of development of philosophy education,return to its essence,broaden the vision and creativity for it,persistently promote its modernization,and strive to train talents in the discipline who meet the needs of the development of the times with national concern.
