摘　　要：制造业是实现经济高质量发展的坚实基础,中小制造企业已成为实现经济高质量发展的中坚力量。本文选取1999—2022年规模以上中小制造企业时间序列数据,通过平稳性检验和格兰杰因果检验,构建VAR模型并对其进行脉冲响应和方差分解分析,以考察“工业4.0”背景下技术创新对规模以上中小制造企业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:技术创新对我国规模以上中小制造企业盈利能力和运营水平存在正向影响;盈利能力和运营水平提升能推动企业技术创新,但技术创新对企业规模结构改进效果并不明显。据此,本文提出以下建议:加大技术研发经费投入,推动企业创新转型;注重培养高质量创新人才,完善企业战略布局;提升政府公共管理体系与社会化生产体系的适配度。The manufacturing industry is a solid foundation for high-quality economic development,and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have become the backbone of high-quality economic development.In order to investigate the impact of technological innovation on the performance of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises above designated size under the background of"Industry 4.0",this paper selects the time series data of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises above designated size from 1999 to 2022,constructs a VAR model through stationarity test and Granger causality test,and analyzes its impulse response and variance decomposition.The research results show that technological innovation has a positive impact on the profitability and operation level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises above designated size in China;the improvement of profitability and operation level can also promote the technological innovation of enterprises,but the effect of technological innovation on the improvement of enterprise scale and structure is not obvious.Accordingly,this paper proposes the following suggestions:increase the investment in technology research and development to promote the innovation and transformation of enterprises;focus on the cultivation of high-quality innovative talents,improve the strategic layout of enterprises;and improve the compatibility of government public management system and socialized production system.
