摘　　要：目的:分析肌肉松弛疗法对减轻改良电痉挛疗法(MECT)治疗术后疼痛及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年2月厦门市仙岳医院收治的抑郁症患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用肌肉松弛疗法。比较2组疼痛程度、焦虑程度、睡眠质量。结果:观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者睡眠质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理应用肌肉松弛疗法,能够较好地减轻抑郁症患者使用MECT治疗术当中的疼痛情况,并且也可以较好地提升患者的睡眠质量,减少忧虑程度。Objective:To analyze the effect of muscle relaxation therapy on reducing postoperative pain and sleep quality after MECT treatment.Methods:A total of 90 patients who came to Xiamen Xianyue Hospitalfor depression treatment from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(routine care)and observation study group(muscle relaxation therapy)according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in eachgroup.The degree of pain,anxiety and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable application of muscle relaxation therapy can better reduce the pain of depression patients during MECT treatment,and also can better improve the quality of sleep and reduce the degree of anxiety.
