摘　　要：当前A320机队普遍采用的某最新型号机载显示器(display unit,DU),逐步暴露出老化黑屏等一系列问题。本文针对该问题,通过采集送修数据,分析故障源,一方面解释了DU黑屏的原因,另一方面,建立了分布曲线预测模型,可以科学地预测出我公司机队飞机不同飞行小时DU平均每月的故障数,不仅为生产准备、航材采购等提供了依据,也为其他航空公司监控该DU提供了有效的指导和参考。The latest model of airborne display unit(DU)commonly used by the current A320 fleet has gradually exposed a series of problems such as aging and black screens.This paper aims to address this issue by collecting repair data and analyzing fault sources.On the one hand,it explains the reason for the DU's black screen.On the other hand,a distribution curve prediction model is established,which can scientifically predict the average monthly number of DU faults of the fleet.This not only provides the basis for production preparation,aviation material procurement,etc.,but also provides effective guidance and reference for other airlines to monitor the DU.
