摘　　要：牙周炎是一种影响口腔健康功能与美观的常见疾病,而伴有错[牙合]畸形的重度牙周炎患者是临床处置的难题,需要在全面的口腔检查基础上制定多学科联合诊疗计划,以达到控制炎症、恢复健康、重建功能、改善美观的目标。文章展示1例广泛型Ⅲ期C级牙周炎伴前牙错[牙合]畸形的患者通过牙周-种植-正畸联合治疗,最终获得了医患双方均较为满意的效果,为此类病例的临床诊治提供参考。Periodontitis is a common disease that affects patient′s oral function and aesthetics,while patients with severe periodontitis often have a combination of malocclusion,who need a complete multidisciplinary treatment plan based on a thorough oral examination to achieve the goals of controlling inflammation,restoring health,rebuilding function,and improving aesthetics.This article demonstrates a case of generalized stageⅢgrade C periodontitis with anterior teeth malocclusion which has been treated with combined periodontal-implanting-orthodontic treatment,and it eventually achieves satisfactory results for both patients and doctors.This case provides a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of cases.
