微种植体支抗压低上前牙的研究进展

摘　　要：露龈笑和前牙深覆常是存在上下颌牙弓垂直向关系不调患者就诊的主要原因。对于重度骨性垂直向发育过度的患者,临床常行正颌手术矫治;但对轻中度深覆患者,临床可采用微种植体支抗辅助压低上前牙的治疗方法。文章就微种植体支抗辅助压低上前牙的矫治效果、影响因素、力学分析等方面做一综述。Gummy smile and deep overbite of anterior teeth are often one of the main reasons for patients with uncoordinated vertical relationship between upper and lower dental arches.For patients with severe vertical maxillary excess,orthodontists often improve their profile with orthognathic surgery.However,for patients with mild deep overbite,orthodontists usually achieve treatment objective using maxillary incisor intrusion with temporary anchorage devices(TAD).The present article reviewed the advances in the use of TAD in maxillary incisor intrusion,including therapeutic effect,influencing factors and dynamic analysis.
