平教会创办中国乡村建设育才院的历史意义

摘　　要：中华平民教育促进会在抗战时期创办中国乡村建设育才院是以晏阳初为首的乡村建设实践者对中国新式学校教育发展进行深入反思的实践产物。在教育模式上,反对一味模仿抄袭,主张立足国情,扎根中国大地办适合中国的教育;在教育价值取向上,反对乡村教育内容的城市取向,主张立足乡村,扎根乡村,办服务乡村的教育;在学科话语上,反对贩卖理论坐而空谈,主张扎根实践,构建中国教育话语,贡献中国智慧。这对理性看待新式教育和思考乡村教育应走的发展道路具有深刻的意义。Talent-Cultivation College for Rural Construction by Chinese Mass Education Promotion Association during wartime was a practical product of the in-depth reflection on the development of China’s new style of school education by Yan Yangchu.In terms of educational model,they opposed imitation and advocated education suitable for China’s condition.In terms of educational value,they opposed urban-orientation and advocated education rooted and serving rural areas.In terms of disciplinary discourse,they opposed empty talk and advocated Chinese educational discourse based on practice.Yan’s efforts had profound significance to the rational view of new-style education and the development path that rural education should take.
