摘 要:我国的明清古建筑遗产是全人类共同的文化遗产,古建筑保护就是保护历史文化的载体。现阶段,明清古建筑存在残损比较严重、文字资料记载缺失、传统法式重建方法效率低等问题。针对明清古建筑遗址的保护已经趋于数字化。文章从BIM技术在建筑行业的技术特点着手,阐述了它在保护和修缮明清古建筑过程中的作用、BIM技术与其他数字技术的结合优势,并列举BIM应用于古建筑保护成功案例进行分析,为我国明清古建筑保护行业提供一种更快速、便捷、可靠的新型方法。The ancient architectural heritage of the Ming and Qing Dynasties in China is the common cultural heritage of all mankind,and the protection of ancient buildings is the carrier of the protection of historical culture.At this stage,the ancient buildings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are seriously damaged,the written materials are missing,and the traditional french reconstruction methods are inefficient.The protection of ancient architectural sites in the Ming and Qing Dynasties has become digital.Starting from the technical characteristics of BIM technology in the construction industry,this paper expounds its role in the protection and repair of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the advantages of the combination of BIM technology and other digital technologies,and lists the successful cases of BIM application in the protection of ancient buildings for analysis.It provides a more rapid,convenient and reliable new method for the protection of ancient buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.
