表柔比星、环磷酰胺及多西他赛序贯方案化疗在乳腺癌患者中应用对ANG2、VEGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨分析乳腺癌患者运用表柔比星、环磷酰胺及多西他赛序贯方案化疗对ANG2(促血管生成素-2)、VEGF(血管内皮生长因子)水平的影响。方法选取南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的96例乳腺癌患者,选取时间为2020年12月-2022年12月,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组与研究组各有48例患者。对照组采取TEC方案治疗,研究组应用EC-T序贯方案化疗干预。比较两组疗效、ANG2水平、VEGF水平、肿瘤标志物水平、药物不良反应。结果研究组的治疗有效率比对照组更高,数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的ANG2、VEGF水平以及肿瘤标志物指标(CEA、CA125、CA135、CA199)水平均低于对照组,数据比较,有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且研究组患者的药物不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者运用表柔比星、环磷酰胺及多西他赛序贯方案化疗,可获得显著疗效,改善ANG2、VEGF水平及肿瘤标志物水平,有利于减少患者的药物不良反应,具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the effects of epirubicin,cyclophosphamide and docetaxel sequential chemotherapy on ANG2(ANG2)and VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor)levels in patients with breast cancer.Methods 96 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital were selected from December 2020 to December 2022,and divided into two groups by numerical random table method,with 48 cases in control group and 48 cases in study group.The control group was treated with TEC,and the study group was treated with EC-T sequential chemotherapy.The efficacy,ANG2 level,VEGF level,tumor marker level and adverse drug reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ANG2,VEGF and tumor markers(CEA,CA125,CA135,CA199)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with breast cancer,epirubicin,cyclophosphamide and docetaxel sequential chemotherapy regimen can achieve significant efficacy,improve the levels of ANG2,VEGF and tumor markers,and help reduce adverse drug reactions in patients with high safety.
