摘　　要：目的探究西帕依固龈液联合甲硝唑与复合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取2022年5月-2023年5月期间80例复发性口腔溃疡患者进行临床研究,经随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例采用甲硝唑、复合维生素治疗,观察组40例采用西帕依固龈液、甲硝唑、复合维生素治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);用药1周后,两组患者的临床症状评分明显下降,观察组患者的临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);用药1周后,两组患者的溃疡面直径明显缩短,两组患者的溃疡数量明显减少,观察组患者的溃疡面直径短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的溃疡数量少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应率比较,无差异(P>0.05)。结论复发性口腔溃疡联合应用西帕依固龈液、甲硝唑、复合维生素治疗,可保证治疗效果,缓解临床症状,改善溃疡指标,保障用药安全,值得临床推广。Objective Explore the clinical efficacy of Xipayi Guyin Liquid combined with metronidazole and composite vitamins in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.Method From May 2022 to May 2023,80 cases of recurrent oral ulcers were selected for clinical research.They were randomly divided into two groups using a number table method.The control group(40 cases)received treatment with metronidazole and composite vitamins,while the observation group(40 cases)received treatment with Xipayi Guyin Liquid,metronidazole,and composite vitamins.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after one week of medication,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after one week of medication,the diameter of the ulcer surface in both groups of patients was significantly shortened,and the number of ulcers in both groups was significantly reduced.The diameter of the ulcer surface in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of ulcers in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Xipayi Guyin Liquid,metronidazole,and composite vitamins for the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers can ensure treatment effectiveness,alleviate clinical symptoms,improve ulcer indicators,and ensure medication safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
