摘　　要：目的观察家庭合作型健康教育模式在先心病围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年1月-2023年2月期间江西省儿童医院收治的先心病患儿100例分为两组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规健康宣教,观察组实施家庭合作型健康教育模式。比较两组患儿家长照护能力、护理满意度及住院时间。结果出院前1天,观察组患儿家长照护能力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭合作型健康教育模式的实施可提高先心病患儿家长的参与合作性照护能力及护理满意度,促进患儿快速康复,缩短住院时间。Objective To observe the application effect of family cooperative health education model in perioperative nursing of congenital heart disease.Methods 100 children with congenital heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number table.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received family cooperative health education.Parental care ability,nursing satisfaction and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The parental care ability of observation group 1 day before discharge was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of family cooperative health education model can improve the parents'ability to participate in cooperative nursing and nursing satisfaction,promote the rapid recovery of children with congenital heart disease and shorten the length of hospital stay.
