中医定向药透联合红外线烤灯治疗面瘫患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医定向药透联合红外线烤灯治疗面瘫患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月-2022年2月期间在赣南医学院第一附属医院住院的面瘫患者60例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为实验组(中医定向药透联合红外线烤灯治疗,n=30)和对照组(接受常规治疗,n=30)。对比两组疗效、住院时间、面部残疾指数量表(FDI)评分、H-B面神经功能分级、不良反应发生率、并发症发生率和1年内后遗症发生率。结果实验组的住院时间短于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组躯体功能得分(FDIP)与社会生活功能得分(FDIS)均升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后H-B面神经功能好转,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见相关并发症与不良反应。两组后遗症发生率组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医定向药透联合红外线烤灯治疗面瘫患者具有显著的疗效,能促进面部表情肌的恢复,具有较好的应用前景,值得进一步深入研究和推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug penetration combined with infrared baking lamp in the treatment of facial paralysis patients.Method Sixty patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=30,received traditional Chinese medicine targeted translucency combined with infrared lamp therapy)and control group(received routine treatment,n=30).The efficacy,length of stay,facial disability index(FDI),H-B facial nerve function classification,adverse reaction rate,complication rate and sequela rate within one year were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the experimental group is shorter than that of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed an increase in physical function score(FDIP)and social life function score(FDIS),and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The function of H-B facial nerve in the two groups improved after treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).No related complications or adverse reactions were observed during the treatment of both groups.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of sequelae between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine targeted penetration therapy and infrared light therapy has significant therapeutic effects on patients with facial paralysis,can promote the recovery of facial expression muscles,has good application prospects,and is worth further in-depth research and promotion.
