摘 要:针对旋进旋涡流量计抗干扰能力差的问题,分析流量计工业应用中存在的干扰信号,提出了一种基于频谱分析的信号处理方法。设计信号采集电路并搭建实验平台,分别采集高流量区和低流量区的瞬态冲击振动信号和旋涡信号,结合FFT与经验模态分解提取频谱中幅值最大值对应的频率即为旋涡信号频率。在管道受瞬态冲击振动的条件下,对实验样机进行性能测试,低流量区的最大测量误差和重复性分别为-0.5%和0.4%,高流量区的最大测量误差和重复性分别为-0.9%和0.24%,均符合相关标准,实验结果表明该方案可以有效减小外部干扰对旋进旋涡流量计测量的影响。To solve the problem of poor anti-interference ability for swirlmeters,a signal processing method based on spectrum analysis was proposed by analyzing the interference signal in the industrial application of swirlmeters.The signal collection circuits was designed and an experimental platform was built to collect the transient impact vibration signal and vortex signal in the high flow zone and the low flow zone respectively.Combined with FFT and empirical mode decomposition,the frequency of the vortex signal corresponding to the maximum amplitude in the spectrum was extracted.Under the condition of transient impact vibration on pipeline,the performance test of the experimental prototype was carried out.The maximum measurement errors and repetitiveness of the low flow zone were-0.5%and 0.4%respectively and of the high flow zone were-0.9%and 0.24%respectively,which met the relevant standards.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the effects of external interference on the measurement of swirlmeters.
