摘  要:针对调制转移光谱稳频(MTS)系统中,温度波动会影响激光频率稳定性的问题,设计出多点测温系统。该系统以FPGA为核心,通过基准电压源激励电桥电路,将三线制PT1000温度变化转换为电压变化,利用同步采样ADC对转换电压进行采集,最后在LabVIEW中将采集电压转换为温度实时显示和存储。信号调理电路中的抗射频干扰滤波和FPGA中的均值滤波,可降低噪声干扰,提高测温精度。实验结果表明:该系统具备线性度好、精度高、重复性好的优点,可对10~80℃的温度进行监测和存储,采用分段线性拟合后,其测温误差不超过0.02℃,可以满足实验需求。In modulation transfer spectroscopy frequency stabilization(MTS)system,temperature fluctuation will affect the stability of laser frequency.A multi-point temperature measurement system was designed.The system used FPGA as the core,and the bridge circuit was excited by a reference voltage source to convert a three-wire PT1000 temperature change into a voltage change.The converter voltage was sampled by a synchronous sampling ADC,which was converted into real-time display and stored temperature in LabVIEW.The anti-RFI filter in signal conditioning circuit and mean filter in FPGA can reduce noise interference and improve temperature measurement accuracy.Experimental results show that the system has satisfactory linearity,high precision and good repeatability.It can monitor and store temperature at 10℃to 80℃.After using segmented linear fitting,the temperature measurement error does not exceed 0.02℃,which can meet experimental requirements.
