耳穴贴压对神经性耳聋耳鸣的治疗效果分析及管理体会

摘　　要：目的 回顾分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院神经性耳聋耳鸣中实施耳穴贴压的作用。方法 纳入2020年3月—2022年11月河南中医药大学第一附属医院神经性耳聋耳鸣患者66例,均接受常规治疗,通过随机分配法安排为对照组(33例实施常规管理)、观察组(33例实施耳穴贴压中医管理),对相关数据信息进行收集与整理,包括治疗前后纯音听阈值、耳鸣分级、听力开始恢复时间、住院治疗时间、生活质量、心理状态、满意度等,最后利用统计学进行处理。结果 接受管理后观察组纯音听阈值水平、耳鸣分级均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组听力恢复时间与住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量状态相关数值均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理状态相关评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著更高(P<0.05)。结论 实施耳穴贴压中医技术有助于神经性耳聋耳鸣患者康复,能够对患者纯音听阈值以及耳鸣分级产生积极影响,让患者尽早恢复正常听力,减少住院治疗时间,有利于改善生活质量状况,提升满意度。Objective To review and analyze the effect of ear point sticking and pressing in the treatment of neurogenic deafness and tinnitus in hospital.Methods The inclusion period was from March 2020 to November 2022 with neurological deafness and tinnitus in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were studied and discussed,including 66.They were randomly assigned to a control group(33 cases were subject to routine management) and an observation group(33 cases were subject to ear point sticking and TCM management),and relevant data and information were collected and sorted,including pure tone hearing thresholds before and after treatment,tinnitus grading The starting time of hearing recovery,hospitalization time,quality of life,psychological status,satisfaction,etc.,were finally processed using statistics.Results After receiving management,the pure tone hearing threshold level and tinnitus grading in the observation group were in a good state,both lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the hearing recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the relevant values of quality of life status in the observation group were in a good state,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the psychological state related scores in the observation group were at a good level and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ear acupoint sticking and pressing Chinese medicine nursing technology is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients with neurogenic deafness and tinnitus,can have a positive impact on the pure tone hearing threshold and tinnitus grading of patients,enable patients to recover normal hearing as soon as possible,reduce the time of hospitalization,help improve the quality of life of patients,and has an important significance in improving patient satisfaction.
