摘　　要：肌骨超声技术(mmusculoskeletal ultrasound,MSKUS)是一种通过高频超声来显示肌肉骨骼系统病变情况的显像技术,其临床应用较为广泛,但主要集中在肌肉、肌腱、韧带、关节、骨创伤及外周神经病变以及超声引导介入等疾病的治疗。因其高分辨率、价廉、易操作、无创无辐射及无明显禁忌证等优点,与X线、CT及MRI等相互补充,逐渐成为相关学科疾病的无创性评价肌肉损伤的间接特征的重要技术指标,为临床早期诊断和恢复肌腱、肌肉结构改变等提供帮助。该技术在肌骨系统肿瘤的诊断与鉴别、肌骨系统炎症与损伤的量化诊疗评估骨骼系统病变及人体肌骨关节功能的评估等方面应用前景深远。文章通过查阅近年来关于肌骨超声临床应用的相关文献报道,阐述了肌骨超声的相关应用情况并进行总结与展望,冀望为该技术后续的临床推广应用提供参考及理论依据。Musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSKUS)is an imaging technique that uses high-frequency ultrasound to show the musculoskeletal system lesions.It has a wide range of clinical applications,but it mainly focuses on the treatment of muscles,tendons,ligaments,joints,bone trauma,peripheral neuropathy and ultrasound-guided intervention.Because of its advantages of high resolution,low price,easy operation,non-invasive non-radiation and no obvious contraindications,it is complementary to X-ray,CT and MRI,and has gradually become an important technical index for non-invasive evaluation of indirect characteristics of muscle injury in related diseases,and provides help for early clinical diagnosis and recovery of tendon and muscle structure changes.This technology has far-reaching application prospects in the diagnosis and identification of musculoskeletal tumors,quantitative diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal inflammation and injury,evaluation of skeletal system lesions and evaluation of human musculoskeletal joint function.In this paper,by reviewing the relevant literature reports on the clinical application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in recent years,the related application of musculoskeletal ultrasound is summarized and prospected,hoping to provide reference and theoretical basis for the subsequent clinical application of this technology.
